What's the typical setup time for the Guest App?

Your Guest App can typically be up and running within a few weeks. Timelines depend on your Property Management System and team availability, but we'll guide you through the process and make setup as smooth as possible. 

Do guests need to download the app?

It depends on the features you would like to offer.  If you want to enable mobile keys, a downloadable app is currently required to support that functionality. Otherwise, the web version is a great choice for quick access to property details, guest services, and in-stay features.

How do I encourage guests to download or access the app?

Awareness is key. Promote your Guest App through email, booking confirmations, social media, QR Codes, and in-room signage.  We've also created a helpful guide, Maximising Guest Engagement to support your marketing efforts and increase uptake.

Can I customise the app to match my brand?

Definitely. From logos and colours, to layout, content and features, you have control over how your Guest App looks and functions. It's designed to feel like an extension of your hotel, not a third-party tool.
